By using this system, all users acknowledge notice of, and agree to Envisioneering’s IT General Users Agreement and Policy. Users have no personal privacy rights in any materials they place, view, access or transmit on this system., All users of an Envisioneering’s IT System are subject to having all their activities monitored and recorded by the company as the system may contain Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and/or business sensitive data. Individuals using the IT system and any device attached to the system is advised that if such monitoring reveals any possible evidence of misuse, the systems administrator may provide the evidence of such activity to the company’s management, Human Resources and Security personnel for disciplinary actions, up to and including termination and referral to the appropriate government and law enforcement officials.
